                The general  purpose of this research  that experimenter is able to perform titration, and especially determine the levels of Vitamin C in Soft Drinks (Nutrisari). Research conducted in the laboratory, using a redox titration method (yodimetri), which a solution is added from a burette until substances reacted be equivalent. In this research instrument used is a burette for titration, for the working principle of this tool is clean, dry and free of fat before use, make sure there are no air bubbles under the faucet because it causes an error when performing titrations. Reacting and measuring a substance with erlenmayer have ml unit, soft drink powder weight was measured with the unit gram scales, close tightly the erlenmayer with cotton, sucking the solution to be measured with the filler, transferring solution from one container to another container with a pipette. Data were analyzed using an accurate formula. Materials used 0.01 N iodine, 4 M H2SO4, starch indicator, and soft drinks (NutriSari). Before analyzed the data necessary to hold the testing requirements of data analysis which hypothesis testing. Hypothesis test using quantitative’s chemical analysis type volumetric (titrimetric) 2 times the test.
The results of obtained are 5 ml VT1, VT2 of 5.3 ml. As much as 0.552 g W1, W2 as much as 0.519 g, and dark blue equivalen point. There is a correlation between the volume (V) titrant by weight (W) drinks. Donations of all variables resulted % vitamin C as much as 0, 8484%. Experimenter requires precision, focus during the practicum.
